hi people. here's some of my art. these are all over a couple years old, except for the blue one w/glass on it.
i need to get cracking on making some more but my "artspace" is in the basement. & it's quite cold to work down there in the winter. i could probably do some mixed media/watercolor stuff upstairs but i have to think about what i'd like to make (more so with the mixed media).
i'm going to work soon. just gotta eat & get ready. idk if i'll do any more blogs there. it depends on how busy it gets. i hope i don't have to do too much there today cuz these cramps are no fun!;}
please, let me know what you think of my art, o.k.? thanks. and please be HONEST because i haven't shown too much of my art online. this is mainly because...well, unfortunately, the bulk of it is still at my parents house. (yeah, there's quite a bit & when i moved i wasn't in a hurry to take all of 'em. but now i'd like to see what i did in the past...meaning stuff from as far back as 1999. yikes!)
music=life & art=life. hm, which would i choose to go into as a career since i sing a bit too? idk, prob art cuz i don't think i'll be singing/performing so great when i'm in my 50's+. just a guess, but there's always madonna...or cher...they'll be around FOREVER. and the "sexy" thing is getting old...mainly talking about ms. madonna. idk, i just saw stuff for her newest CD "Hard Candy" and i thought how ridiculous is this? seems like stuff she'd be doing in her 20's. well, as they say to each his own, right!!??!!

(i wrote u a message roxy but here's an answer anyways!) it was a gift to my friend, because she liked the original, titled MASK, and this one is MASK 2. the white face is the mask, and the thing holding it is the real face...blank. kinda understand? basically i wanted to show that we wear masks everyday in our lives. the original shows the hand/fingers, and this one doesn't so it's kinda confusing.
