Doggy Poo...Revisited

i watched this movie again. it's exactly what it sounds like-about Doggy Poo. i got this film when it was marked down (when a store was closing a while back), just for the fun of it. it's Korean (and actually won a lot of awards at festivals) but you can watch it dubbed (hilariously) in English. it's only 30 minutes but both funny & interesting. basically a Doggy Poo thinks "what is my point in life? i am just a doggy poo." he soon meets friends including a piece of fertilizer and a sprout who tell him he will have purpose in life. i wonder if it was made to be partially religious cuz Doggy Poo mentions "God" quite often when referring to what was he put on earth for. regardless, it's a cute story with a good message (we are ALL here for something). & don't forget, "sometimes dreams really do come true." well, that's what the DVD cover says. :}

well, i better get going. the sun is shining, and it doesn't feel like the wind is so freezing & strong. so i better go to Sanrio (at Great Lakes Mall) before the weather changes its mind. adios amigos.~

FYI: Doggy Poo was the Winner of "Viewer's Choice Award" @ Big Apple Anime Fest '03, as well as "Best Pilot Prize" @ the Tokyo International Anime Fair '03.
