Ugh, Work--->Why O' Why?

hm, i went back to normal hours today at work & as i should've figured BLOGGER got blocked. or whatever you want to call it-no access to it. some @$$hole (aka: co-worker) was asking me about it in a weird way & i just knew he'd be a little tattle-tale & run off to our "higher ups" to block it. what a jerk! work can be quite boring at times and today i was surprised by how boring it actually was for the 1st day back of the new winter/spring semester. i mean zzzzzzzzz boring. think cuz of the weather (extremely cold) teachers were letting students out fairly fast. we had a girl sitting in our lobby for most the night because she couldn't find anyone to give her car a jump. sad but eventually a guy helped her out.

so my point is it's boring there & i look at the computer most the times anyways. so that means no myspace, or my dear hello kitty junkies, & blogger now. i can shop or 'surf' a bit...but that gets old fast & i have no $$$ to spend. so i emailed w/friends for a while (thanks peeps, i needed to chat!) and that passed some time luckily. and then there were "no no no's" for sitting at the part-time desk w/a computer there. idk why. that computer has everything blocked too and it's (god forbid) only several feet away from the main desk (where we MUST sit now) when you walk in the door. yeah, and it can get pretty freezing there too...cuz it's near the entrance/exit to the library of course.

i know it's not the end of the world but it's getting worse & idk why. we aren't even allowed to read books when we work. i mean it's a freakin' library! totally bizarre, ya think? rules rules rules...the only sensible way to live in this world is without rules...hm, who said that, ha ha ha. but he's right sometimes....=]
