Hello everyone & happy Friday to you. It's also Aloha Friday for those who participate in it, yay! Aloha Friday is the day we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So posting is kept easy this day too. So all I ask you is a simple question. And that question shouldn't require TOO much thought when you answer. Please visit An Island Life for more Aloha Friday posts. ^_^
So my question this week is: Do you usually stick with the same brand of shoes? If so, which one(s)? Or do you not really care much about brands...maybe whatever is cheapest/comfortable?
My answer: I've been hooked on Skechers for quite a while. It's very rare that I'll buy another brand. Every now & then I'll buy a pair of Converse but overall I love Skechers because they are very comfy & have some really cool styles. This goes for sneakers, boots, and some slip-ons. For dress shoes, I don't really care what the brand is. But luckily, I don't need that many pairs of dressy shoes. So yeah, Skechers ALL the way. ;}

Yep, I stick with the same brand of sandals, street shoes, sneakers and golf shoes cuz I have weird feet! *LOL*
For tennis shoes, it's Sketchers or Addidas usually ~ For Golf shoes, Nike is my favorite (especially my red patent leather slipons!!)
It depends on what the shoe is for. Everyday stuff is my Nike's, I always buy the same style and pick up about 3 pairs of them.
For walking/running, Adidas are my go to shoe.
You know I usually just wear crocs now.. lol they are soo ugly but they are sooooo comfy
@ Tara: ugh, I REALLY don't like Crocs. They give shoes a bad name. Ha ha. ^_^
Several years back I tried my first pair of Sketchers sneakers and have been hooked. I also had a pair of their sandals/slides that were ruined when my water broke almost two years ago. Still bummed that I have never been able to find another pair as comfortable.
I'm not really loyal to any name brand but I am loyal to stores. I buy my sneakers at this one particular athletic store because of the quality. I only will buy higher quality boots and shoes because they have to last a long time and be comfortable.
But my flip flops HAVE to be Teva...nothing else.
I really like New Balance tennis shoes, but other than that I usually buy whatever I like. I am not a fan of cheap brand shoes, so I end up spending lots.
Athletic Shoes (not for doing athletics, just to look like Jerry Seinfeld): New Balance
Work Shoes: Doc Martens. That's it. For several decades now.
I feel like I'm cool today shoes: Converse
My new running shoes: UnderArmour
IMHO - the uglier the shoe is the better. It's a reverse foot fetish thing.
ya know i don't know how to do that! I tried and got pissed off and gave up lol . oh well
I usually wear either Hi-Top converse or low-top Doc Martens. If I'm doing something work or shooting related, I wear these really high leather work boots. For athletics, I wear New Balances.
