This is SO Weird!

Read THIS article. It is so bizarre. Apparently there's a JOAQUIN documentary...and no one knows whether it's serious or not. I SOOOO hope it isn't...cuz I love him so much as an actor. And it really is so odd how he completely turned into another person...out of nowhere! I just hope he gets back on track again...and starts being in films again because he was definitely one of my favorite actors.

Honestly, it really made me very very sad when I saw how CUCKOO he went...everyone I knew was slamming him and I was like "NO, my boy!" People I knew said he was asking for it...but maybe he was having a breakdown...who knows!!??!! But I hope he says something soon cuz this documentary is something I would never see after reading the article. I just want my Joaquin back! :(

Goodbye to...

...FaceBook & Twitter. I deleted both of my accounts there over the past few days. WOO HOOOO, the freedom, ha ha!!! Let's see, I have a MySpace, I visit Hello Kitty Junkies once in a while, I have my art on display at 723.com, I have way toooo many email accounts (but I have just ONE I mostly use), I have 3 Blogs, and I may be opening an Etsy shop soon. So too much is just wayyyy too much these days!

I really only did FaceBook because 2 of my closest friends were like "It's better than MySpace, you'll love it...we'll keep in touch...bla bla blahhh." Well, one, Jennylee, who insisted that I keep it, is on but not much...or atleast when I'm on. Then my other close friend has NEVER been on...atleast we've never chatted through it. So what's the point!?? And most the people who were my 'friends' on FaceBook were mostly people from high school that I really didn't want to chat to TO begin with.

Then Twitter. Oh TWITTER, what IS your point? I have to say I honestly did it out of curiosity AND because it's the only thing like a MySpace or FaceBook or whatever...that is NOT blocked at my work. So I would just write random stuff on there and see what my 'friends' were saying too. But I think Twitter is one of the most pointless things...EVER. The more friends, the worse! Great you are in your living room...lovely you are at the bar....how exciting you are waiting in line! I just don't get it!!! My one friend, who's a guy, thinks it's the greatest thing ever. I didn't even question him because I despise it so much. And I was just thinking Oh, I just don't want to get into it!...Since he was thinking it was SO AWESOME for some reason that I just could not comprehend.

I just don't understand how anyone (from bands to artists to us regular folks) can & do have soooo many 'online homes.' Guess what my FAVORITE online home is? Hm.........

I LOVE it here and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. YOU guys are my peeps! ^_^ I love to write...to share...to meet new people...chat with my fellow followers/blog authors...to find out about NEW things/things I never knew existed or paid much attention to before (through others postings)...etc...etc...etc... So WHY should I open a bazillion accounts to maybe get the chance the chat with a couple of friends when I can simply pick up the phone & call them? Or email 'em...but I prefer calling them honestly......can you tell why???....cuz my emails are a bit long, yikes! :)

I really just like MySpace for updates on 2 things-some of my fave bands & some of my fave artists. It keeps me up to date with CD releases and concerts and also when artists have new art/toys coming out. Otherwise I prob wouldn't use it.

So really what more do people need with several different online places!?! And to be writing the same exact thing on each site-MS, FB, Twitter. Example: my sister will write "I'm at work, I am having a bad day...etc...," (or something like that) on ALL these things. I'm just thinking "OK, what the hell!? What is the point of these things?!"

OK, rant almost over. Just got a question...

Your feelings on all the MySpaces...FaceBooks....LiveJournals...and ugh, Twitters??? Good or making us robots???....who can't even call or worse go & visit your family & friends! Isn't it a dirty shame!??~

Very endangered series of Dunnys :(

Hi friends. I'm at work. I have 30 minutes left to go of my shift at the library. I can write to you from work (via my email account, which I know I've told you before). Are you tired of me saying that yet? I'm writing thru email cuz Blogger-making/editing posts& leaving comments-is blocked, sadly. :( But then again lots of things are blocked for us workers, but the public/students can access pretty much anything in the open computer area aka: back computers. Makes a lot of sense right? I feel that writing on my blog is the same as writing an email (it isn't doing any harm, imo). Hey, that's what I'm doing right NOW-writing an email that secretly is a blog post...so ssshhhh. ^_^

Anyways I'm very upset about something. It's not the end of the world, just something that ticks me off about one of my newest loves-Dunnys (art toys). Well, I just found out about the newest series of Dunnys this morning, called the Endangered Series. They are all animals...or atleast they all pretty much look like some sort of animal. I posted a short lil' video. First time I heard a word on the newest series. Well, I looked online for a little while here at work, saw 'em & of course I wanted a few.

So I just had to call my new fave toy store, LIFT in Royal Oak, and woe is me-they are completely sold out. And not just at their store, everywhere! Including ONLINE...bla! And they'll prob go for wayyyy too much on Ebay or wherever so I doubt I'm going to get any. I know I need to save money but they only come out with 2-3 series a year. Which really isn't a lot. And I never try to get ALL 13 (or so) Dunnys for each series. That would be crazy & cost a ton considering they are blind-boxed (you won't know what you get til you open the foil wrapper).

So what's the real deal with this series? Well, those mean Dunny people decided to make this an exclusive series. Think this is the first of that. Meaning, they sold out the day they came out. What kinda crap is that? I mean c'mon already! I was already bummed that KidRobot (who makes Dunny and other sweet art toys) made the Tara McPherson art toys so teeny tiny. Maybe she decided...I really don't know for sure. But they were much smaller than a Dunny. And a Dunny isn't that big at all! I wish I would've only bought one Tara toy cuz it was ridiculous (both because of the size and chances of getting a really good one-chances were slim with most, totally sucked!).

Sorry just needed to rant because I hope this doesn't become a regular thing. I just got into Dunnys within the past year or so...so OF COURSE I'm still digging 'em. Oh well....what can ya do? (*Eve daydreaming of getting the cute pig Dunny or the horse one*) {*Eve thinking one of my followers will send me one because they know those toys are my drug*).......;)

OK, it's 4 PM and I'm about ready to leave here...but before I do, I think I'll hit SEND and then go to the porn-infested patron/student computers in the back to put up this post now. Yeah, peeps are bad...but not all the time luckily. They usually are on FaceBook these days...that seems to be the BIG thing here right now. Adios!~

Don't Trust Me Anymore ;}

Over a week back, I said I'd be easing up on the blogging. Yeah, don't ever trust what I say anymore...I think I wrote 15 posts here this week, didn't even count my Goth blog posts. Yikes. I'm a walking, talking (blogging) contradiction. Honestly, I just had that ol' urge to write, & the roomie thing is not moving very quickly. :( But this is what I have done: I've been looking for NOW HIRING signs while I'm out, checking the internet for jobs, I've filled out a couple applications, and I asked for more hours at work. And luckily I'm getting some (isn't enough to NOT need a new roomie, but I think it's atleast something). :) My new schedule starts next week. I'll just be going in a couple hours earlier a couple of days. So, that'll mean less blogging...I think. Again, don't trust me. ;}

The main thing now is: we gotta get our basement in order so it looks nice enough so we can rent it out. Unfortunately, the two friends Mike & I thought would be our best "bets" can't/don't want to move in, so the next step (aka: project basement) is lingering above our heads. Unfortunately, Mike isn't moving very quickly on the situation. He gets very irritated when I tell him we NEED to get his friend over here to help us install plumbing in the bathroom down there...and just to get our basement in order (storage is mainly down there & my art space). So I haven't said too much about it for the past couple of weeks. Plus he was sick all last week so I knew he wouldn't get going on it then. BUT it just feels like time is running out. Joe said he'd be leaving in April or mid-April & that's almost here-where does the time go-so I'm feeling a lil' panicked. It's just my nature.

So again, wish me luck. I just think it's odd that I'm really taking this seriously and Mike is kinda like "Whatever." Very odd. I want to remain living with him and Bibi and would do anything to keep it that way forever. But in the end, the house is in his name so if he wants to lose the house, it's really his issue to deal with. I can only say & do so much. Of course, I don't want to move back home but I'm beginning to see that might not be the end of the world afterall. Just one day at a time, right?

A really terrible car accident happened very close to where I live the other night. 4 teenagers were killed because of a drunk driver. It makes me so sad to hear these kinds of things. The article can be found HERE.

Sorry People...

...but for some odd reason I can't leave comments on some of your pages, and I have no idea why. I was on Blogger until about 3:45 PM, then went to work, and came on here around 10:30 PM and now something isn't right. I don't know if someone here messed around with something or what. Ugh, p!sses me off! I've been on Blogger for about 2 months now, and this has never happened so I am confused. I turned off the computer (when all else fails, I restart the computer!) and came back & still nothing.

So if I don't leave you any comments anytime soon, you NOW know why. I am still reading your posts! I just hope it doesn't last long because I really don't know what to do. Ugh...:(
